Ep. 58 Looking At Depression From A Different Perspective, With Brett Robbo

Mental health refers to our cognitive, and/or emotional wellbeing. It’s referring to how we think, feel and behave.

In this episode I discuss some interesting new science and approaches to working with depression, including optmising your gut health, improving the health of your vagus nerve and tapping into your sense of meaning.

As you know, I believe the most powerful thing on the planet is the human mind, and we all have one, so why not take the best version of it with us everywhere we go!

I’m not talking about increasing your IQ and becoming as smart as possible, I’m talking about understanding how YOU operate from the inside out so you can mould your perception and experiences of the world – so you can create your reality!

It’s vitally important for of all of us to invest time and energy into our mental health, regardless of whether we’ve experienced mental ill health or not.

Ask yourself these questions – how often do I or have I invested into my own personal development? When was the last time I learned habits, tools and strategies to improve my life? How serious am I about living my best life?
